Add reason for Absence#134

Reasons at the moment are: Illness, Sickness, School or “other”. Can we add “banned” to the list - as they are available but unable to play due to previous red/yellow cards.

please allow users to add a comment to ‘other’ or change it’s description.

we added a ‘flag feature’ where you can flag a player and add a reason (for instance flag as banned or ‘too late’)
