Substitution advice#208

I would love to see a functionality which helps the coach with substitution advice; looking at playing time of each player and preferred position of the player. If you could f.i say that you would like to give everyone except for a few players (like keeper) as much playing time as the other, and that you want to change players every 10 min you should be able to give some advice on who to substitute and when.

A little timer for each player. Give the coach to select / toggle based on.. time in current position, total game time, time since last substituted
