Add Tasks to games#248

As a community Club we have a number of volunteer roles that have to be filled for games such as being Ground Official or more fun ones such as being responsible for bringin beer for after the games. A feature to assign or volunteer for tasks (which themselves could be customsied) for games would be helpful.
