Liveblog issues#276

Even if the line-up is hidden, when a ‘liveblog’ link is shared this liveblog contains all formations (including the ones which are prepared for substitute moments).

The liveblog should only show the lineup before the match if the status is not hidden.
After the start of the match it should always be visible. But only the formations which have been made effective by substitutes.

At this moment my team can visit the liveblog link (it’s shared a few hours before the match) and see the starting line up, including all planned substitutes. Which is not the idea.
